Let Shoott come to your office or a convenient location of your choosing to photograph your hardworking team.
For corporate headshots, we are typically able to photograph 1 person every 5-10 minutes, depending on the amount of options you’d like to provide for each person.
5 minutes provides roughly 5 photos, 10 minutes provides roughly 10 photos, and so on. If you’d like a mix of indoor/outdoor or just a greater variety of options, we recommend 15 minute sessions per employee.
To confirm your booking, Shoott requires an upfront payment in full.
If you’d like to request a lighting setup or a backdrop, additional fees may apply starting at $50.
Out of respect for our photographers that hold their schedule for your session, we ask that you notify us by 10:00am THREE days before your scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule for a full refund.
In order to cancel or reschedule a custom session, you will need to email email@example.com with your request.
For private spaces, please obtain permission and pay location fees including photographer admission before booking a session with Shoott.
If your event is in a venue that contains materials sensitive to flash, please either schedule your session request at a time when there is plentiful natural light available so flash is not necessary to produce quality images; or if this is not possible and flash must be used, please find an area where the photographer can work with flash that will not compromise any materials or artwork.
If the event is outside of the main service area, during off-hours (i.e. late/overnight or early morning), or if the venue is not easily accessed, there may be an additional charge of $50 or more to account for time and transportation considerations.
We will staff requests based on our photographer availability. Submission of a quote request is not a guarantee of photography coverage from Shoott.
